Here at Global Certification our auditor recruitment process is designed to examine the auditing suitability and the Scope Competence of the auditor. “Those business activities for which the auditor has a clear demonstrable technical knowledge and experience”, sufficient that they may be classified as ‘scope competent’.   This is supported by the management system of the certification body and is necessary to deliver certification that provides confidence. Competence is the demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and skills. All persons involved with Global Certification Pty Ltd have extensive experience within the certification industry.

Once the definition of an auditor’s ‘scopes of competence’ has been assessed, then Global Certification will include their appointment to an audit team through a careful matching process with the client company’s business scope.

Global Certification has this process in place for auditor recruitment and appointment to ensure all our assessments are carried out by audit teams that possess a clear understanding of the client company’s business type.

We recognise the value of on-going development for our personnel, we have committed to annual training days where persons with specific expertise will deliver a training program with examined outcomes designed to gain additional codes and areas of expertise as well as encouraging them to be involved in further education programs.
